Gourmet Brownie is a family business at heart. Our mission is to spread happiness across the nation with delicious brownies. We’d love you to come with us on our journey.

We’d like to kick things off by introducing ourselves. We’re Kirstyn and Andrew – the owners of Gourmet Brownie. We live in the beautiful cathedral city of Ely with our daughter.

What’s so special about our brownies? Over the years, we’ve combined our love of family baking with a passion for the very best ingredients. This isn’t a mass-produced brownie in a plastic wrapper. It’s the perfect combination of texture and flavour, with a crisp crust and a rich, indulgent centre. Each batch is prepared with love by our small team.

We’re regular visitors to farmers’ markets and shows, and our brownies are stocked in delis and cafés across the country. But that’s not the only way you can get your hands on them.

We’ve recently launched our Gourmet Brownie Gift Box online – a beautiful selection of eight brownies which can be posted out to anywhere in the UK.

Our brownies make people happy. They’re the ultimate people-pleaser – which makes them the perfect gift for any occasion. New parents, difficult times, a leaving home present – pretty much anybody is happy to see a box of brownies on their doorstep, and we know that everyone around them will be even happier if they share!

We’re incredibly proud that our brownies are triple award winners at the Great Taste Awards – most recently in 2017 for our Signature variety. All our other brownie flavours are based on this classic recipe.
