Our Brownies

Gourmet Brownie bake indulgent confections of exceptional quality and texture, combining the finest ingredients and locally-sourced produce to craft rich, melt-in-the-mouth experiences as only we know how. These sumptuous treats are all baked with care, in small batches, at our Ely kitchen.

Our signature all-butter brownies are prepared using pure Belgian chocolate, free range eggs from local farmers, and only the freshest ingredients, with no artificial flavourings, preservatives or colourings, for a perfectly crisp crust and a rich, indulgent centre.
